Pricing questions
Do prices include GST?
Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. $19/month is $17.27 plus $1.73 GST. You get a tax invoice for every payment, with our ABN on it.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Pro is month-to-month, or yearly if you prefer. Cancel any time from your account page and you won’t be charged again.
What happens to my site if I downgrade or cancel?
It stays online on the Free plan at its free address. Your custom domain stops pointing to us and the small badge returns. Nothing is deleted.
Do I need to buy a domain from you?
No — we don’t sell domains. Buy your .com.au from any Australian registrar (you’ll need an ABN), then connect it in a couple of clicks. Our domain guide shows exactly what to do.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly Pro is $190 inc. GST — two months free compared with monthly.
Is there a refund if I change my mind?
If you cancel within 14 days of your first Pro payment, email us and we’ll refund it in full.
